Fit Friday: Five Favorites

Happy Friday, friends! Some of my fave blog posts to read are Friday Five posts where a blogger shares five things she is currently loving! So I thought why not incorporate that idea into my Fit Friday series and share five fitness related things that I’m currently loving! This has been my go-to workout outfit lately! These high waist leggings are my ultimate faves they are the ones I talk about all the time. Totally worth the splurge! I’ve been obsessed with this knot hem tee & you won’t believe the price! My running shoes are so comfy and under $100! & these black sunnies that I’ve been loving are only $12!!

Orangetheory Fitness

I tried Orangetheory for this first time about a month ago because I saw soo many people talking about how much they loved it and honestly I wanted to see what all the hype was about lol! Basically, it is a 1-hour high-intensity interval training (HIIT) group workout with a personal coach and you do a minx of cardio and weight training. This is just a super short description, but if you want the full details click here. They offer a free class at first so you can see if you actually like it before you sign up which is nice. I ended up signing up after the free class because I enjoyed it so much! It was challenging, but I felt really good afterward! I go two times a week now and personally I think it’s worth the money because it motivates me to workout consistently!

Alkalife TEN Alkaline Spring Water

TEN Spring Water reached out to me over a month ago asking if I would be interested in receiving a case of their water to sample. I’m someone who actually loves drinking water like I would pick water over juice and soda any day! Living in Florida it is hot and humid basically year round so I try to drink a lot of water every day. I was intrigued when I saw that TEN Spring Water has a pH of 10 which is the highest among other bottled spring water brands! Unlike tap water, TEN Spring Water is sourced from natural springs and full of essential alkaline minerals (potassium and sodium) and electrolytes. Their bottles are BPA-free too! I took a bottle to each of my Orangetheory classes for the whole month so that I could really put it to the test. I always make sure I 100% like something before I recommend it to y’all! My thoughts: It’s very refreshing and tasty! During an Orangetheory class a few weeks ago I was so out of breath because it was extra challenging. I drank all of my bottled water so I had to drink from the water fountain. I was soo surprised how disgusting it tasted compared to my bottle of TEN Spring Water! After that, I couldn’t wait to share! The best part is you can buy it directly from and it will arrive right on your doorstep! It’s so convenient!

Old Navy Activewear Tops

Old Navy is easily one of my fave stores because they have affordable cute fashion (let’s be real those are some of my 3 fave words haha!) Plus they are always having deals too and ya girl lives for good deals! I needed to refresh my workout tops so while I was shopping at Old Navy a few weeks ago I stumbled into the activewear section. I fell in love with this knot hem tee! I was so excited to see the cute knot trend on an activewear top! The material is super lightweight and breathable and it also comes in 3 other colors which I think I need too! The best part is it’s under $20 + 20% until tonight with the code ENJOY.

Invisibobble Hair Ties

I have a lot of hair but it’s fine so the struggle is real when it comes to actually keeping my hair up in a ponytail or messy bun! Anyone else?! I found these hair ties shopping online at Nordstrom like last year and honestly they caught my eye because they look so different from the normal hair ties. Not only do they hold my hair but, they also don’t leave that annoying hair crease WHAT?! YES, girl! Another thing I love is that they come in colors that match your hair color like brown, black, red, and nude! They come in a pack of 3 for $8 and they are worth every penny! You can find them at Nordstrom, Ulta, Sephora, and Amazon.

Orgain Organic Protein Bars

I was looking for dairy free protein bars and came across these on Amazon. They are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, non-GMO, free of all artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. They have 10g of organic plant-based protein which is perfect for pre/post workout or an afternoon snack. I throw them in my purse to take on the go! I can’t wait to try the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavor next, yum!

ACTIVEWEAR TOP: Old Navy // LEGGINGS: Zella // SHOES: Nike // SUNGLASSES: Nordstrom BP.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a great weekend! I would love to know what one fitness related thing you are currently loving? I’m always excited to try new things!

XO, Morg
